Hi,
I've been having my usual success rates but there's 2 factors meaning that there's not been any reviews of my service posted recently. 1) Non-payers. People who resist paying the success fee owed to me and I have to chase them up. They never leave feedback. Chancers.... An upsurge latly. 2) I've had a lot of older clients recently who struggle to use the internet and it's just too much hassel for them. That's fair enough, leaving a testimonial is optional. Andy,
I'm fairly good around the internet and PC's but it is difficult to work out how to place feedback. Too complicated by half. Would suggest that Web Master should make the site feedback section simpler. I'm still trying to work out how to do it. |
