I'm Andy, a professional UK People Searcher. I have a diploma in investigation and a good success rate in finding missing people. I'm a member of the World Association of Professional Investigators (WAPI) and the "Scottish Investigators Forum" (SIF), both are associations for private investigators in the UK. Their aim is to increase investigator standards, ethics and training.
Our "UK People Search" investigations are kept completely confidential. Your details won't be divulged to anyone unless you give permission.
We have access to advanced people search databases, but we don't just rely on computers to locate someone. "Foot work" is usually carried out - developing leads and talking to people who may have information on the missing person. This is more than a quick database check, this is an advanced investigation.
All kinds of cases are accepted, so whatever the circumstances you are in I can help you search for the missing person. I will tailor my services to suit your needs. It usually take 10-14 days to complete a UK People Search. It can vary wildly from case to case though - I've found some people in 4 hours, but others have taken me a month!
The final report contains a detailed account of what has been done to search for them. Unlike other companies, you are not sent an email only saying "people search unsuccessful".
If they are not located, the report often contains a lot of new information. It will come in useful if you want to search again in a year's time when more of a paper trail has built up.
To start the people search I need to know:-
The person's full name and previous address?
Do you know their age/date of birth?
Any idea where you think they might have moved to (town/city)?
Marriage details (i.e. the partner's name)?

UK People Search Fees
The usual fee is £49.99 upfront to cover my time and expenses (I'll spend a chunk of it on the investigation so it's non-refundable) and a further £99.99 ONLY if successful. You'll have two weeks to confirm the address before the success fee payment. I don't take the success fee until you're incontact with them.
